Delete your data.

You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you or your business at any time.

How to ask

Send a request through the contact form (choose “Something else”) or, if you are a client, write to us from any project in the portal. Tell us the email address or business the request is about so we can find the records. We confirm and complete it within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your portal account, profile, briefs, messages and files.
• Contact-form messages and job applications.
• For connected social accounts: the stored access token, the account details and the performance figures. You can also disconnect the app yourself in Facebook → Settings → Business integrations.

What we have to keep

Invoices and payment records we are required by law to keep for tax purposes. They are kept securely and deleted when that period ends.
